Executive Cyber Risk Certificate™
The Executive Cyber Risk Certificate is a governance program for fiduciary leaders responsible for cyber and technology risk. It is designed for individuals who hold decision authority and must define risk boundaries, authorize or withhold acceptance, and remain accountable for outcomes.
Cyber risk is treated as enterprise exposure subject to governance, not as a technical domain managed through controls. The program focuses on how leaders exercise authority under uncertainty and sustain defensible oversight before incidents occur.
